I stumbled onto Kim and Francisco last summer while walking the Sellwood. In tacitly planning on moving here from San Diego I was on one of many exploratory trips last year. I have found her neighborhood guide to be indispensable in learning Portland. It is my main go to, as it's organized by neighborhood, described by neighborhood and then has Soldera's listings...yep, you guessed it - by neighborhood. Portland has so many charming micro areas that even after 4 trips here in 2025 and now living here for 3 weeks, looking for a 12 month rental, I still am finding new areas that I think, "ok, this is it"!
